All products sold by Pepta Advanced are:

Noxa Labs makes no representations or warranties regarding suitability for any particular purpose beyond lawful research use.

3. Ordering & Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed through the Site are subject to:

Product availability
Order verification
Acceptance by Noxa Labs

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities
Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, or regulatory risk

Order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance until payment is processed.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise stated. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover Card for payment. Charges will appear as Noxa Labs.

By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

You are authorized to use the payment method
The payment information is accurate and complete

Payments are processed through third-party PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Noxa Labs does not store full payment card information.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders due to inaccuracies
Modify pricing at any time without notice

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Pepta Advanced is not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events
Lost or damaged shipments once transferred to the carrier (unless otherwise required by law)

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon shipment.

6. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Due to the nature of research materials:

Certain products may be non-returnable
Opened or used products are generally not eligible for refund

7. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account:

You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
You are responsible for all activity under your account
You must notify us immediately of unauthorized use

Noxa Labs does not provide regulatory or legal advice.
