At Pepta Advanced, we operate strictly as a B2B supplier of research-use-only materials. Due to the specialized nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following refund and return conditions.

All products sold by Pepta Advanced are final sale.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This policy exists to maintain product integrity, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility for Refund Consideration
Refunds may be considered only under the following limited circumstances:
- You received the incorrect product due to a fulfillment error on our part
- Your order arrived damaged in transit, and damage is documented upon delivery
To be eligible for review, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the shipping box and product
- A brief description of the issue
Failure to report issues within this timeframe will result in denial of the request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Improper handling, storage, or use after delivery

- Failure to understand product specifications or intended research applications
- Delays caused by carriers once shipment has been transferred
Research-Use-Only Acknowledgment
By placing an order with Pepta Advanced, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
- Products are sold exclusively for laboratory or research purposes
- Products are not intended for human or veterinary use
- The purchaser is a qualified laboratory, research institution, or scientific professional
- No refunds will be issued based on expected outcomes, research results, or interpretation of product performance
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting Pepta Advanced may result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- Permanent restriction from future purchases
We strongly encourage customers to contact our support team to resolve any concerns prior to initiating a payment dispute.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins. Once an order enters processing or ships, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
